The Heurich House Museum is now accepting applications from artists, makers, and craftspeople for shared studio space in the heart of Dupont Circle, available April 1, 2015.

Brewmaster Studios will be located at 1921 Sunderland Place, in the carriage house on the private grounds of the vibrant, innovative historic house museum.

Ten open studio spaces will be available on the first floor of the carriage house for a monthly fee of $500 per artist-renter.

Seven partially-private studio spaces will be available on the second floor of the carriage house for a monthly fee of $550 per artist-renter.

Brewmaster Studios artists will be listed on the Heurich House Museum’s website. Marketing and retail opportunities will include participation in First Fridays, Art All Night, and open studio events.

Programming partnerships with the museum include preference to participate in the annual German Christkindlmarkt. Artists will have potential for leadership within the studio community and a shared listserv.
