John M. Williams is an accomplished artist with autism who finds order in the hundreds of thousands of tiny paper pieces that he uses to create his faceted, sculptural portraits. John’s work began with portraits of The Civil War figures and has evolved to include landscapes, authors and other notable moments in history.

Art Enables is pleased to host Mr. Williams in his first solo show ever at Off-Rhode Studio. Mr. Williams has previously shown in a number of group shows such as SOFA in Chicago and The Outsider Art Fair in New York City. He has also been featured in The Boston Globe, Huffington Post, and had a cover story in The Folk Art Messenger.
