Back by popular demand, artist-run Bookish, whose mobile library visited WPA last summer, will be taking up residence at WPA this winter and spring. Come peruse an excellent selection of artist books, poetry, theory, and criticism.

Bookish is a nomadic, artist-run bookshop that debuted in Baltimore in April 2016 and has since traveled to Charlottesville, VA, the District of Columbia, Los Angeles, and New York City. It operates out of a converted 1980s Chevy Stepvan. For more information, visit www.bookishbaltimore.com.

Funded in part by the DC Commission on the Arts & Humanities, an agency supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts.

Washington Project for the Arts is located at 2124 8th St. NW. For more information, visit www.wpadc.org/exhibitions.
