Please join The Tubman-Mahan Gallery and Critical Exposure for an exhibition displaying the students of Critical Exposure’s program. ‘Second Look: selections from a print lab’s archives,’ a group photography show specifically geared towards exhibiting works created by the customers of Vivid Solutions DC Print Lab (VS Print Lab), opens at The Gallery at Vivid Solutions on January 13th at 6pm.
The opening of ‘Visual Audio’, on January 13th 2012, focuses on communication and content transmission via radio, found media, and vernacular typography.’ Visual Audio’ is curated by Briony Evans Hynson.
The DC Office of Planning is partnering with ARCH Development Corporation to implement the Arts and Culture Temporium project in Anacostia. The meeting will take place January 10, 2012 at 6:30pm to learn more about the project and provide feedback on preliminary concepts and ideas. Artists are encouraged to attend.
