Opening Reception: Friday September 2 from 6pm to 10pm
One Night Only

Since its inception back in 2005, the Love & Guts Art Show has gone on to become skateboarding’s preeminent art exhibitions. Held annually, and often with different themes, this year’s exhibition is centered around an extremely special milestone: Thrasher Magazine’s 30th Year Anniversary. To help celebrate this momentous occasion, Oakley and the Maloof Money Cup have partnered up to present this exhibition at MMC stops in New York, Washington DC, and Orange County.

Often referred to as skateboarding’s bible, Thrasher Magazine has gone on to accumulate a spectacular catalog of iconic imagery throughout its 3-decade existence. During that time, Thrasher has aided in launching the careers of numerous photographers and skateboarders and with skateboard photography itself becoming such an amazing art form, it is only fitting that these exhibitions showcase images that helped define skateboarding.

The show is slated to showcase works from photographers and artists affiliated with the San Francisco-based publication.
