The AIA (AIA|DC) will present 30 awards celebrating the year’s outstanding achievements in architectural design at its annual Chapter Design Awards ceremony. Selected from a pool of 181 entries produced by 80 firms, the awards recognize exemplary work in four categories including architecture, interior architecture, historic resources, and urban design/master planning. CulturalDC worked in partnership with Bozzuto and Abdo Developers to design 27 artist’s studios at Monroe Street Market in Brookland NE, now home to 37 artists.
