Camille Kashaka to Direct Anacostia Arts Center

ARCH Development Corporation announced the promotion of Camille Kashaka to Director of the Arts Center. She will replace Kate Taylor Davis, Vice President for ARCH Development Corporation and Director of the Anacostia Arts Center, a program of ARCH.

Incoming Director Camille Kashaka will lead the center’s operations and performing arts programming. Kashaka the ARCH full-time in 2014 to coordinate the theater and rentals program. Kashaka holds a MA in Arts Management from The American University and a BFA in Theater Administration from Howard University. Previously Kashaka worked at The Atlas Performing Arts Center and founded the theater program at the Senegalese-American Bilingual School in Senegal.
