Forum: Monday, September 8 from 7pm to 8:30pm
The Board of Directors of the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW) is hosting its first Community Forum on Arts Education: Perspectives from Mayoral Candidates on Monday, September 8, 2014.
The forum will provide our city’s mayoral candidates with the opportunity to deliver remarks about arts education programs in our schools and neighborhoods. The evening’s format will allow for comments by each candidate followed by questions from the floor.
Other speakers will include community arts leaders and faculty from CHAW and the Atlas Performing Arts Center. The forum will be moderated by arts advocate and Capitol Hill resident Alex Nock.

The Forum is free and open to the public. No reservations are necessary, but space is limited. First-come, first-seated.
