The Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) will retain 25% commission on all artwork sold during or as a result of the exhibition; so, if you want to receive a specific amount for your work, you must add the 25% on top of that to come up with the sales price (multiply your price by 1.3).

The M-NCPPC will insure all consigned artwork in the custody of Montpelier Arts Center from official delivery dates to pick up dates only. Insurance coverage is limited to $300 per work.
