Friends of Pierce Mill Seek Instructors

The Friends of Peirce Mill are looking for established artists and experienced teachers to lead workshops at Peirce Mill in Rock Creek Park on Saturday, June 18 (rain date: Sunday, June 19). The workshops will be part of Create by the Creek, a free, public celebration of art in Rock Creek Park.

Artists selected by jury to lead workshops will each receive a stipend of $800.

Create by the Creek, a day-long public festival at Peirce Mill in Rock Creek Park, will include free artist workshops, art supplies to borrow, and a meet-up for landscape painters.
