Launching October 31st at Dock 5 at Union Market, Superfine! DC represents the first foray into Washington DC for the contemporary art fair that’s broken the mold in Miami and New York. More a haven for emerging contemporary art than a typical art fair, Superfine! is a sophisticated yet approachable means for real people to discover real, meaningful art, and to connect directly with artists and their representatives. Superfine! Founders Alex Mitow and James Miille devised a tried and tested non-traditional formula to build a better and more inclusive art market that benefits artists, galleries, and collectors.  Each fair is a unique cultural experience designed to inspire and inform while also providing a fun atmosphere where everyone’s inner collector can shine. The highest curatorial standards in the industry coupled with an accessible, transparent model leads to an atmosphere designed to foster collecting. We create a bridge between art-curious and art collector for our 6,000-8,000 attendees per fair, while maintaining a fresh yet sophisticated program that appeals to and surprises even the most dyed-in-the-wool collector. Interested in expanding your collector base and opening up a new, exciting market for you and your work? Learn more below, then apply to join us this fall for our greatest adventure yet.
