Are you an author, visual artist, or composer residing in Delaware, Maryland, New York, or West Virginia?
Apply now for a residency at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts and be considered for a 2019 Creative Fellowship, supported by Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation. Resident artists are provided with private studios, room and board, and the company of other artists from around the nation for intensive, self-guided creative exploration and development. Creative Fellows also receive a travel subsidy.
How do I apply?
Artists should apply directly to the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts through their regular application process. A limited number of applicants selected for residencies will be recommended for Creative Fellowship support.
