At the gallery talk on February 17, Brian Dailey and Wendy Grossman will discuss the creation of his virtual tower of Babel that took place over 6 years in more than 90 countries. It is free and open to all.

Brian Dailey’s towering 13-screen video installation is a contemporary turn on the Tower of Babel story explaining the worldwide diversity of languages, a tale with parallels in ancient Sumerian and Assyrian myths. WORDS is the artist’s creative summation of his global experiences in over 90 countries on all seven continents, compelling viewers to come to terms with the fluid relationship between language and concept, between interpretation and meaning.
