On View: April 2 – May 1, 2021
The Arts Club of Washington is pleased to announce its April 2021 art exhibitions. Held in the club’s historic Monroe Galleries, the two shows will feature photographs by Jameson Freeman and oil paintings by Heike Gramckow. The artwork will be on view from April 2 – May 1, 2021. These exhibitions are curated by Sandra Warren Gobar (Smithsonian Institution, Faculty, Studio Arts).
About the Arts Club of Washington
The Arts Club of Washington was founded in 1916 and is the oldest non-profit arts organization in the city. Over the last century it has promoted and celebrated the visual, performing, and literary arts in the nation’s capital. Gatherings for members, exhibits and performances for the public, and a range of private events are held in the club’s historic I Street Mansion, formerly the home of President James Monroe.
Arts Club galleries are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Friday and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Appointments are required.
