Buchanan Partners Art Gallery Presents Lina Alattar and Spencer Dormitzer Vivid Transmissions at Hylton Performing Arts Center

Sensuous and intricate, sensual and complex, in Vivid Transmissions the works of Lina Alattar and Spencer Dormitzer exist both in conversation between the works and in transmission beyond the gallery walls. Whether in Lina’s existential exploration or Spencer’s broken narratives, color and texture are amplified, chance and intention are investigated, and geometric and organic forms are in communion. Lean in to examine any single work and you’ll quickly find the complexity within each simple detail. Step back and sense the purity, strength, and intensity of the works as they convey human experience and an array of emotions.
