Columbia Pike Artist Studios, an artist cooperative in South Arlington, Virginia, will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a free open studio event. More than 25 artists will present new work in a wide range of media (painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, and sculpture).

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Columbia Pike Artist Studios will open its doors for a behind-the-scenes showcase of recent work by the organization’s members. The 26 participating artists, some of whom are new and some of whom have been with the co-operative organization since its founding in 1989, approach a wide range of subject matter and employ highly individualized styles. All of the artists will be available to discuss their processes and answer questions. Their paintings, drawings, sculptures, prints, and photographs will be available for purchase, and refreshments will be served.
