On February 3, 2016 cove will partner with ArtSee to host a reception at their K Street space (1990 K St NW, Washington, D.C.) for featuring the work of local artist, Lillis Werder. The works on display will be from Werder’s portfolio of travel photography. The productive space will be hosting Werder’s work through May 12, 2016, and welcomes the public to tour the space, meet the artist, and see her work on February 3, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm.
Lillis Werder is a fine art, portrait and event photographer based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She provides portraits for families, businesses, high school seniors, horses and riders, products for websites, food, gala dinners, and parties of all kinds. Her fine art photography is sold to the hospitality and healthcare industries, corporate, residential clients, and used by interior designers for wall decor. She sells to large retailers such as Restoration Hardware. Lillis travels frequently to Europe and other foreign locations for images which are sold worldwide to newspapers, magazines, books, catalogs, calendar and post card companies and web sites for advertising purposes through internet stock photography sales on Getty Images- owned istockphoto.com. Her stock photography sales have reached over 35,000 images.
