The Dadian Gallery at Wesley Theological Seminary presents the exhibition Birds of Longing: Exile and Memory. Artist Laurie Wohl combines Christian, Jewish, and Muslim poetry and spiritual text into unique mixed-media pieces called Unweavings®. The accompanying soundscapes consist of music and readings in Arabic, Hebrew and Greek, and highlight connections among the Abrahamic religions with their shared emotional, aesthetic, and thematic content.

The exhibition, artist talk on April 17 at 12:00pm, and the interfaith chapel service at 11:00 am, are free and open to the public.

  • second Saturday of each month: 11am to 4:30pm
