Opening Reception: Saturday, May 6 from 5pm to 8pm

For experimental photographer Gordana Gerskovic, a recent sojourn to South India provided opportunities to capture the contradictions of a vast and ancient country.  To the incompleteness Gerskovic found in India – the cyclic theme of change and eternity – she added the pause button.

Thus this exhibit presents a different visual language, bringing a new perspective to the essence of India. She asks the viewer to question the images’ reality and to wonder if such immediate depiction illuminates objects of nature – or the nature of objects.

Gallery Hours:

  • Wednesday – Sunday: 1pm to 7pm
  • Fridays: 3pm to 9pm
