Greenbelt Courthouse Presents Diane Tuckman

On exhibit are sixty pieces of Diane Tuckman’s art: silk art, silk painted garments, photography and photography printed on silk. In addition, you will have the opportunity to review a copy of the latest book Tuckman co-authored with Jan Janas, a Master Silk Painter, The Fine Art of Painting on Silk.

Bobby Donovan, Master Curator, was selected to curate and hang the show.

Since its inception in 1996, the U.S. District Court’s art program at the Greenbelt Courthouse, has contributed greatly to our region’s cultural environment. The original purpose of the program was to feature works by Maryland artists, but over the years it has expanded to also include international art, quilting, sculpture and painting. Judge Peter J. Messitte is the driving force behind the art program.

The exhibition is at the United States Courthouse located at 6500 Cherrywood Lane, Greenbelt, MD.
