Join Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery and Smith Center for Healing and the Arts for a night of food, music and libation to celebrate their annual exhibition and fundraiser, Alchemical Vessels, now in the 6th year. This year’s show is based on the theme: OUR COMMON THREAD – 118 artists have created a unique piece of art from a simple circular panel, responding to the artist’s personal, transformational, creative journey through the universal truths of pain, joy healing and living.

A purchase of a Standard Benefit ticket for $175 allows guests to choose one of these amazing works to have for their own.

Not only does your generous purchase of a standard benefit ticket allow you to own a unique piece of art from some of the finest artists in the DMV and enjoy a lovely night of music and food, but all proceeds help fund Smith Center for Healing and the Arts, the only independent cancer support center based in Washington, DC. Their mission is to develop and promote healing practices that explore physical, emotional, and mental wellness and lead to life-affirming changes to those affected by cancer.
