About the Exhibitions
Spring Show
With the change of seasons comes a fresh start with new ideas and renewed inspiration. In Art Enables latest exhibition, “Spring Show,” resident artists explore the nuisances and beauty of a coming spring. Curated by Toni Lane and Amy Kitchin—Art Enables staff members and artists themselves— “Spring Show” is a showcase of Art Enables resident artists’ work. Get wrapped up in spring with brightly colored and lively pieces that highlight the season in all its forms. From flowers to animals, romance, and adventure “Spring Show” is sure to uplift, awaken, and refresh your imagination.

Montgomery Art Association at Art Enables
For 65 years, Montgomery Art Association has supported the visual arts and artists in Montgomery Country, Maryland and the D.C. Metro area. The Montgomery Art Association supports 175 member artists who receive benefits like exhibition opportunities, professional development and promotion, networking, and community support. The vast artistic talents of their members are reflected in superior landscapes, unique abstracts, realistic still-lives, and delicate portraits, all created in diverse mediums and materials. Art Enables is proud to exhibit “Montgomery Art Association at Art Enables”—a powerful selection of artwork created by Montgomery Art Association artists and curated by Art Enables Gallery and Studio Manager, Allie Frazier.

Five Elements
Art Enables is pleased to present the work of three area artists, Meghan Walsh, Adam Bradley, Terence Nicholson in the new exhibition “Five Elements.”
“Five Elements (Wu Xing in Chinese 五行 ) is a fivefold conceptual scheme that many traditional Chinese fields use to explain a wide range of phenomena. It is the appearance of different forms of energy, or chi, at different times and as a response to each other. Rather than a literal, sequential translation of element following element, this exhibition focuses on the call and response of each artist to the energy and movements of the others. We are unconscious of the echoes and shadows of ourselves as they impact others. We respond to things in others that the other may not even perceive in themselves.” -Meghan Walsh, Adam Bradley, Terence Nicholson
