Rhizome DC Presents Queering Sound 2021: La Voix Humaine

Rhizome DC is proud to announce Queering Sound 2021: La Voix Humaine, the 21st annual staging of performance / sound + digital arts / spoken word / visual art focusing on LGBTQI+ / post-gender-identified / supportive allies + queer artisans.

Queering Sound 2021 includes an exhibition of visual and multimedia artists, as well as two outdoor in-person performance events, and one streaming performance and video art event.

The exhibition is open by appointment, masks required, at RhizomeDC (6950 Maple St. NW), from now until June 13. Additional walk-in open hours as follows:

  • Saturday June 12, 2-4pm
  • Sunday June 13, 2-4pm
