About Dana Jeri Maier:
Dana Jeri Maier is an artist and occasionally a cartoonist living in Washington, DC. Her work is on that inconveniently indefinite boundary between cartoon and fine art. She has exhibited her work widely throughout the DC Metro area, including the Flashpoint Gallery, DC Arts Center, the Fridge Gallery and various street corners- if you know where to look. She won a grant in 2012 to produce a self-published volume, The Unsuccessful Artist’s Handbook.
About the Wild Hand:
Located in Studio 8 on the Arts Walk at the Monroe Street Market, the Wild Hand Workspace is the mixed-use studio space of photographer Victoria Milko and Panda Head’s Morgan Hungerford West.
