Multi-media artist Olga Bauer announced that her abstract series Journey of Color was chosen for a solo art exhibition at the Yellow Barn Gallery in Glen Echo, MD. Olga Bauer is known for her dynamic and colorful abstract mixed-media paintings and collages.

This show will display more than 50 various works, including large scale pieces in oil and acrylic on canvas, small mixed-media works on wood board, collages, and monoprints. Olga creates her works out of a visual impression. She seeks to capture the experience, the mood, the emotions, and the atmosphere of the places and events that inspire her.

Olga Bauer lives and works in Chevy Chase, MD. She is a member of Women’s Caucus for Art, Yellow Barn, Montgomery Art Association and also an exhibiting artist at the Art League Gallery in Torpedo Factory. Her works were exhibited at various group shows of these organizations, such as Bright and Bold exhibit by WCADC and 23rd Annual Friends of the Yellow Barn Members Show. Olga’s collages are currently on display at the May 2018 Open Exhibit at the Art League Gallery and Ranazul Restaurant.
