With emphasis on sculpture, we are ushering in the summer with an exhibition that features new indoor and outdoor sculpture. Enjoy strolling through Zenith Gallery’s Sculpture Gardens while contemplating works that are thought-provoking; meditative; quirky; bold, and tempestuous.

They are also featuring gallery owned inventory artworks and offering discounted prices.. Proceeds from the sales of many of the works in this exhibition will benefit the Zenith Community Arts Foundation (ZCAF) and the Mobile Woodshop. Our goal with the Mobile Woodshop is to teach skills to a new generation, specifically woodworking and finished carpentry. As wood shops vanish from schools, it is more and more difficult to learn woodworking at any life stage. Skills in wood working can lead to a profitable career, and the industry is aging out even though demand is rising.

You will find a kaleidoscope of art mediums and genres, with works ranging from abstract expressionist to natural realism, with creative takes on subjects such as classicism; humor; and romance. This show promises an intriguing juxtaposition of materials and theme. It’s all here to be seen and experienced in this exhibition.

This exhibition will span two locations. In addition to the Zenith Gallery on Iris Street, many works will be on display and open to the public at our new Geranium Street location, five minutes away from Zenith on the corner of Geranium and Georgia Ave, NW.

At 1429 Iris Street NW.
And at 7350 Georgia Ave NW.
