VisArts’ Gibbs Street Gallery is featuring an installation by the interdisciplinary, Argentinian-American artist, Stephanie Mercedes. Los Relicarios is a delicate and touching tribute to the thousands of people who disappeared and protested during the Argentinian dictatorship.
