Studio Open House: Saturday October 22 from 3:30pm to 8pm

The DC Glass school is celebrating the end of the summer with a fall open house. The cool fall climate is the perfect weather for working in the glass studio. Join them for their first open house of the fall season. There will be food, beer and folks blowing glass. You can even get in on the action and make a glass paperweight for $35. Studio open houses are family friendly and children are encouraged to attend.
DC Glassworks Classes
DC Glass School has announces their fall classes as follows:
- Beginning Glassblowing, Nov 15 – Dec 20 (six weeks)
- Basic Shapes with Color, Nov 16 – Dec 21 (six weeks)
- Weekend Workshops: Introduction to Glassblowing, Nov 12 and 13, 10am-5pm
Check back on their website as they will be adding a numerous one day classes where participants will be able to make glass pumpkins, paperweights, and glass ornaments.
