Instructor Monica Brinn takes over Monday night yoga.

Yoga instructor Monica Brinn joined Joe’s roster of instructors for Tuesday night yoga this past Spring.
Joe’s Founder/Executive Director, Brooke Kidd, is turning her Monday evening class over to Brinn. Starting August 7th the class will be taught by Monica Brinn every Monday from 6:30 – 7:30 pm (regulars will note the class length is shortened to accommodate a new addition to the roster… keep reading).
Brinn will take over Kidd’s class Monday, August 7th. Class will meet 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Class is still $13 to drop-in or purchase a 10-class pass for $110.
Swinging into Joe’s this Fall
Instructor Kirsty Little joins the Joe’s team with Aerial Yoga
Weekly: Mondays at 8pm
Aerial Yoga is modern interpretation of yoga that utilizes safe and soft low-hanging fabric hammocks to address alignment, release tension, even tackle chronic pain. BONUS: you hang upside down and it’s super fun.
No matter if you’re an experienced yogi or new to the practice – aerial yoga has something for you. More experienced yogis will find a new dimension to complement their existing practice whereas newbies will find a gentle place to begin their yoga practice.
Aerial Yoga starts Monday, September 11th. Class is $25 to drop-in. Limit of 8 people per class, advance registration strongly recommended.
Melt Away Chronic Pain this Fall
Instructor Amy Liss returns with her popular MELT Method workshops
Monthly: Sundays at 3pm
The MELT Method® is a simple self-treatment technique that eliminates chronic pain, improves flexibility, posture, and decreases the accumulated stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living.
All equipment will be provided (soft roller and small balls) and will be available for purchase from the instructor.
The workshops are $30/person to drop-in and each workshop has a cap of only 20 people so it is recommended to register in advance.
Capture Your Memories
Instructor Cathy Smith returns with her Memoir Writing Workshop Series – the most affordable in the region
Weekly: 5 Sessions, Wednesdays at 6:30pm or Thursdays at 10am
Capture the memories you want to preserve for yourself and your family in this new memoir-writing class at Joe’s. Led by storyteller Cathy Smith, the class will be a safe space for you to share your writing, whether you do it for fun or to publish.
Class is $80 for five, two hour long sessions (Only $16 per session). Class is open to all ages.
