Young Architects Workshop
The Young Architects Workshop is a 10-week youth apprenticeship program designed to give teens ages 14-18 hands-on experience creating digital 3D models for real-world clients. Young apprentices will learn technical and design skills using Google Sketchup, and also learn workplace and business skills through the process of meeting with clients and finishing digital products to meet clients’ needs. Participants are required to apply and will receive a stipend for successful completion of the program.

Spring Break Art Camp
Each day a new theme and new projects to help young artists develop and improve artistic skills. With different activities each day, young artists can attend more than once. Please bring a snack, lunch, and smock.

Creative Kids Days
Creative Kids Days are all-day, structured art classes offered on days when Prince George’s Public Schools are off. Discover a world where your child can create fun art projects that expand their imagination, express their creativity and sharpen their learning.

Create and build skills utilizing the computer as an art and photography tool. Learn the technicalities of a program used by professional design and photography organizations and businesses.

Metal Jewelry Making (ongoing 5-week sessions)
March 18 – April 15
April 22 – May 20
Wednesdays: 6:30-8:30 pm
Create, design, and learn the proper and safe way to use power tools for the production of hand-constructed metal jewelry. Learn how different techniques are used to produce a finished piece of jewelry. A materials fee is paid to the instructor at the first class.
