Artist in Action: Sunday, Sept 20 from 2-4pm
Our Artist in Action event is a unique opportunity to see Ann Barbieri working on her gorgeous artwork in our vineyard tasting room. We invite you to catch a glimpse of her process, ask questions, and learn a bit about her inspiration, materials & techniques. No formal presentation is scheduled, but rather a casual chance to chat and see an artist in action.
In her exuberant paintings for Nature, Color, Mood, Ann Barbieri expands on loose drawing and brilliant washes of color by painting over some areas and collaging into others until a garden or perhaps a still life appears. Her work is notable for its movement and energy.
